Full and part time B2B international sales & purchasing assistant

We are seeking success-oriented full- and part-time staff (25h-40h) to expand our international sales & purchasing team.

Do you enjoy dealing with people? Like making phone calls and have in-depth knowledge of  the IT sector, especially in the server and network area, plus a sound knowledge of English?

Areas of responsibility:

  • Sales & purchase of computer hardware and computer accessories to & from IT resellers and worldwide resellers (B2B)
  • Presenting the company over the telephone
  • Customer & supplier support from A-Z, as well as regular customer care and maintenance of master data
  • Telephone customer & supplier acquisition
  • Developing and maintaining customer & supplier relationships
  • Quotation and order management
  • Pricing

 

Requirements:

  • In-depth knowledge of English
  • Other foreign language skills would be very useful
  • Commercial education and training
  • A success-oriented personality with drive and self-confidence
  • Sales and/or call centre experience advantageous
  • A high level of commitment, enjoys talking on the phone and with a good commercial sense
  • positive, charismatic and with a well-groomed appearance
  • A good team player
